Solvent and water based degreasing machines
Nowadays, part cleaning machines have to accomodate to the highest standards for cleanliness and emvironmental norms. Firbimatic machines enable the highest quality with special recognition to machine cost and productivity. They meet and exceed all environmental requirements regarding energy consumption and waste products. We provide solutions for degreasing machines with low throughput per shift up to large, full automatic machines implemented into the smart factory process.
Our Logica production line for small charge loads
The Logica machines are available with water based cleansers or solvents. They can treat up to 6 charges per hour.

Solvent machines
Application for part cleaning residuals of metalworking fluids or oils. The intelligent process offers a multi-stage cleaing process even in the small machines. This provides an optimal and constant cleanliness quality. Solvent loss is kept at a minimum by a double-staged distillation.

Pipe cleaning machines
The washing process of pipes gives special requirements to the machine configuration- THe immersion and complete drying inside the pipes has to be guaranteed over large distances. Firbimatic offers two possibilities:
Toploader:
The toploading pipe cleaning machine enables a high throughput and large charge sizes. The full automatic cleaning process includes a pre-cleaning step, full immersion, rinsing, and vacuum drying. The claniness standard EN 723 is reached and surpassed.

- Standard system with up to 10 m pipe length ( Special machines for larger pipe sizes)

Frontloader:
The frontloader offers an easy loading without need of cranes or other devices.
A flexible piping system enables a highly movable and compact machine. The cleaning process is performed by oscillating the whole washing chamber .
Special metal cleaning machines
The cleaning and degreasing of bent pipes and parts provides a challenge for conventional part cleaning machines. Simple immersion and spray processes are not sufficient to enable the high cleaning standards required by industry on the in- and outside of the pipes. Firbimatic developed special adapters that are customized for each pipe form to be treated. This approach enables the highest cleanlines standards on all surfaces, e.g. for the automotive industry.
The adapters are customized for each application enabling the optimal rinsing of the tubes and keeping the highest cleanliness standards. Multiple pipe orifices are possible, as well as the treatment of differnent pipe shapes and length in one cleaning cycle.

Machine for aeronautic industry
Parts for planes and aeronautic applications require highest cleanliness levels. This machine has a full-automatic loading device and uses perchlorethylene as degreasing solvent.
Loading devices
Zur ganzheitlichen Reinigungsanlage kann eine Beschickungsanlage angeschlossen werden. Ob halb- oder vollautomatisch kann die Beschickung kann je nach Bedarf an die Anforderungen angepasst werden. Für jede Maschinengröße ist eine an den Korb angepasste Anlage erhältlich.
A loading device is available for each part cleaning and degreasing machine . Depending on the customers requirements half- or full-automatic devices can be adjusted to specific needs.The machine can be fitted to the charge basketsize to enable multi-use in the intelligent plant.
Special machines eg. for cleaning glass in chemical industry
Apart from metal degreasing, Firbimatic offers special machines for other cleaning challenges. This Multisolvent machine cleanes lab equipment using Methylenchloride and manages 3 charges per hour.
Special machine for PVD coating
In this machine the cleaning technology of Firbimatic was applied to treat surfaces for PVD coat parts.
Degreasing machines with multiple baskets
To ensure the highest flexibility, the part cleaning machines can be designed for multiple and/or different sized baskets. Depending on the customers wishes a single machine can be used to clean different parts with different sizes. For each parts a special basket is designed. Also an individual cleaning program can be programmed in the SPS. Small parts like skrews and nuts can be distributed in different baskets as not to mix them and cleaned simultaneously in a multi-basket machine. Also sensitive objects can be cleaned this way, without damage from other parts.
